Hi All,
I have a Whirlpool(LSB6300PW4) Ultimate Care II Quite Wash I that is leaving my clothes wet. I have checked out a few videos from AppliancePartPros on YouTube as to what the problem might be. I took the front case off of the washer and checked all hoses for objects, none where found. Also checked the pump, no objects found either. Checked all places that had hoses attached but still, no objects were found. The pump seems in good working condition. The impeller in pump turns just fine. No leaks in the pump as well. My washer seems to have the lid switch attached to the hinges on the lid. Whenever I close the lid, I can hear a click noise which I assume is the lid switch. Not sure if the lid switch is the problem. If it was a faulty lid switch, my washer wouldn't continue the cycle at all, correct? Could it be the water level switch? I can keep naming parts of what might be the issue but I would like some expert help before I start purchasing parts that arent necessary. Please help,Thanks!

If the clothes have too much water after the spin cycle then it is either a blockage, a problem with the pump or the machine is not spinning fast enough.

Since you have checked out the hoses and pump it would suggest the clutch is the problem. Try replacing the clutch lining and see if that fixes things. Also make sure nothing is caught between the tub and basket that would slow the spin.

Thanks sidfink43! I will go ahead and try switching out the clutch linning. I will keep you posted as to the results. First I will have to order the part from you guys which I believe is part# AP3094537. Again, thanks for the timely response.

If the motor fails to run in spin, you probably have a bad lid switch.
