Hello and thank you rt up front. My washer goes through the cycle drains and does spin, but the final spin, it does not go fast to ring out the water ?

This is actually a Frigidaire built machine with the GE label on it.

Inside the lower service panel are some tech notes that will allow you to do some testing. Focus on the speed/motor control board.
