washer doesnt move in wash cycle everything else works fine
Model Number: vbxr2070t8wb Brand: Hotpoint Age: 1 - 5 years
in the wash cycle the washer doesnt do anything. like its trying to move but doesnt. spin cycle works fine

The agitator coupling may be stripped. Try turning the agitator by hand if it will move the coupling is bad. Washer Agitator Repair Guide
