During the spin cycle the balance is off and there is a significant amount of vibration. I took off the front panel and could see that the springs are still attached and seem to be okay. Also I made sure that the leveling was tight and even on the bottom. Someone told me that it could possibly be the shocks. Are the shocks designed like a car and are pressurized? I actually disconnected a shock and it has no pressure. Thanks for any help.

Make sure all four shocks (#23 on the diagram) are in place. Check the springs on top of the tub. Use the instructions provided in the Whirlpool Service pointer. - The suspension dampers (shocks) and tub springs kit Part number: AP3956257
