Washer fills up then wont do anything. I drained it with a cup. turned it on and same thing fills up then wont do anything. I tried all cylces and I get nothing. Does any one have any suggestions?

On some of these models a bad lid switch will cause it to stop after it fills (normally a bad lid switch will allow it to agitate then stop it).



If it is not the lid switch, move the timer to the spin section and see if the motor runs and it drains. In that case it can be a bad coupling.

If it is neither the coupling or the lid switch and the water does stop at the right level it may be the timer.
