When my maytag neptune goes into spin,it is extremely loud. I discovered that this was caused by bad bearings in the back of the drum. How can these be changed out?

See NEPTUNE BEARING for the replacement bearings and seal kit. You can also rent a slick tool kit to help you change your bearings. The tool rental also includes use of a DVD that shows Neptune disassemble, bearing swap and seal kit installation.

While I have your attention… Have you changed your door latch wax motor yet? Please see NEPTUNE HELP for details to prevent a control board failure. Note: If you own an earlier MAH3000 Neptune then you will have (2) more wax motors in the soap dispenser that should be replaced as well. I offer a (2) pack of wax motors just for the earlier MAH3000’s.

Check out the new funny Neptune Help song at NEPTUNE HELP SONG which explains the faulty door latch wax motor issue.
