My washing machine stopped turning yesterday, but being that it drained, I knew the motor worked. I found the coupler was bad, changed it, put everything back together and the motor just hummed at first until I gave it a jump start by turning it by hand. It will swash back and forth, but won't spin/drain water. No matter where I place it (spin/rinse/wash) I am not sure why it would drain before, yet not now, any help? Thanks.
