The Machine Will Fill, Wash, And Empty. At The Rinse Cycle Position Of The Selector, It Just Stops And Will Not Rinse Or Advance. If You Manually Advance It To Spin It Will Spin Out And Finish The Load?

Ssince it works mechanically it would seem that the timer is the issue. Try changing it out and see if that fixes the problem.
