With the help you-tube i found problem. This is a duel speed motor one of the windings is bad. You can by-pass the bad one and make it a single stage instead. A new motor is $200 plus. The video and explanation are right there. If mechanical easy to do if not find a friend who is. Service techs will not recommend this. Do it at own risk. :)
