My washer recently started making squeaking and thunking noises while washing a load. Yesterday I noticed that at the end of a cycle, my towels were still sopping wet. I then turned the control to the drain/spin cycle to observe. I could hear it draining, but the drum did not spin fast like it normally does. It rotated very slowly. Any ideas what the problem could be?

Clean out the pump and check for obstruction and blockage.

If that is okay, use the tech notes under the top to do some diagnostic testing.
