washer will spin but the agitator does not work and makes a loud sound like the bearing is bad but the motor coupling is broke can that make the noise i hear and can there be anything else that can be bad as well

Usually when the coupling goes bad it is the only thing that goes bad. The machine is designed that way, so that the expensive parts are not harmed.

Change it out and see if that doesn't fix things.
