My washer had been working great until 2 days ago. I did a load of small blankets and after the cycle they were still pretty wet, I tried to spin the water out and nothing happened. I then tired to rewash the load and very little water entered the washer. I took everything out and tried to run an empty load and again very little water. My husband checked all lines and pressure is good and he even disconnected hose from washer to check to make sure it was not in the lines and bucket filled with water. There are no error codes at all, it sounds as though it wants to fill and again I get a small amount of water. I researched and the only thing I could come up with is maybe the water inlet valve, does this sound right?

There are screens in the water inlet valve that may need to be cleaned. Just remove the fill hoses again and look inside the valve and you will see the screens. If the screens are clean then you may need to replace the water inlet valve.
