I get a code Sd on drain/spin cycle. Suds are backing up into washer. I have replaced the electric control twice on advice from your tech advisors and an independent repair facility. This did not correct the problem. I have run cleaning cycles, drained all of the water out of the tub and still get the code with suds at about the 12 minute mark. Is it possible that the drain pump is not draining all of the water out of the outer tub? I have found coins in the pump on a couple of occasions, but the impeller still seems to have a slight drag on it as it should and I did not see or feel any broken blades. Could the pump be bad anyway? It does drain out some of the water but possibly not all. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, try changing out the drain pump. If you buy the part from this site and it does not fix the problem you can return it, see the returns policy for conditions and details.
