Brand: Kenmore   Age: 5 - 10 years

My washer is not using ANY cold water. It's always warm or hot no matter what setting you have it on. When you turn off the hot water, it gets SUPER hot with just the cold on. Please help.

Check to make sure your water supply hoses aren't reversed.
