My Roper washing machine is leaking water continually. It is like a drip. Could this be one of the water connections to the water pump?

How do I remove the cover? I cannot figure out how to get control panel off.

I also have a Roper washing machine and need to know how to take the cover off. How do you get to the pump to replace it?

My model # is RAS7233Q0

Thanks in advance

behind control panel on either side there are 2 screws .once they are removed, you pull the control panel forward +up+lean back. now you will see 2 brass coulered long clips on either side.slip a screwdriver under clip and pull forward +up. remove. there is a small wiring harness towards right attatached to cabinet, pull apart , now lift up on lid ,put hand on cabinet under lid and pull forward on cabinet ,put aside. at bottom you will see plastic pump wth 2 hoses held down by 2 clips ,remove with slot screwdriver.pull pump off, hopefully pump is not rusted on. if so you might have to cut pump off . remove hoses from pump. good luck
