Model Number: LBR4132JQ1 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
I am smelling something burning (electrical/rubber??). The water is at the very top of the tub. Not pumping out at all. I don't know about spinning, etc. I just unplugged it and came searching for help. Please help

The problem was a frozen hose coming out of the back of the washer. It was 14 degrees here last night and my washer is in a room that doesn't have a lot of insulation. I cleaned the hose and hooked it back up and everythings works fine. I am also taking some steps to make sure this doesn't happen in the future. |

I'm glad you were able to fix it.
Gene.
