My washing machine won't spin... We had something called a Block (part number 389140) replaced last year but can't afford to spend another $125 to fix it again.. Can you tell me what caused this to break and if that is stopping the tub from spinning again ?

Reach in and try to spin the spin basket, if you can, the drive block is bad and probably your spin tube also. However fixed it last did not fix it properly, post results.
