i think i broke my washer and i need it fixed asap cuz 2 kids and no washer is all bad i tried unplugging it but no dice and trying a different cycle didnt work either it just hums now, it didnt drain the last load either

If your machine is less than 1 year old it should be covered under factory warranty. Consult with the place you purchased it to see if you cannot get a factory tech out to check it out.

Hi,
My WF-J1254 just stopped too. The machine just hummed and didn't work in any cycle. I took the bottom panel off and took the emergency hose to drain. I drained all the water out. Then I took the filter out and cleaned it. There were a number of items in there. Once I cleaned this out and had the hose empty, the machine worked like brand new.
