Model Number: LSC8244EZI Brand: Whirlpool Age: More than 10 years
Upon completion of wash cycle, the machine goes to agitate and sometimes does perform second rinse. I have replaced the timer and water level select switch and still have the problem. I have to let the machine sit for 4 or 5 hours before it will start working again.

Does it agitate and spin at the same time? If not, I would remove the pump and motor and turn the tranny coupler both ways for spin or agitate. Is it hard to turn once the tranny engages spin or agitate?
