Hi Noi The bearings on this model are not sold as a separate item, you have to replace the entire outer tub, which given its cost is simply not practical. Here is the manual for Neptune in case you want to take it out and see if you can repair it or have someone repair it for you without buying the part. http://www.servicematters.com/m...ibrary/docs/16010061.pdfSorry I could not have better news.
