Hi Mary
If you will take off the bottom front panel (two screws) you will find a tech sheet and trouble shooting instructions. Your machine has a computer control board which is the main brain, and a motor control board which as its name implies, manages the motor. Your error code says that the two boards are not talking to one another. This may be a wiring problem (check for frayed wires or shorts) but more likely a failure of one of the boards. See if the troubleshooting helps you figure out which one, but if you have to make a guess I think it is more likely the motor control board. Good luck, let us know what you find out.
