washers powers up but show a code like 6e or be, however, it's neither a 6 nor a b. and it becomes unoperable. how can the washer be reset to factory default?

If you peruse this Forum you will see very few questions on Samsung's and even fewer answer because it is a brand we are just not experienced with. I suggest you see if there are tech notes under the top or inside the service panel and try another Forum that is experienced with Samsung's.
