I have a dryer that seems to get stuck on the wash cycle it does not cycle forward to rinse. If I manually move it forward it seems to work in all of the cycles.

I would try to spray some non-residue cleaning spray in some crack near the timer switch. Just spray while turning, stuff available at Lowes and made by CRC. Other wise, order a new timer available on this site.
