I need to replace the Timer Knob (PN - AP2106892). Can this be done without removing the front face plate? If not is there a step by step guid I could get?

It should come off by pushing it in and turning counter clockwise.

If this does not do it, take off the top and see if there is a tab in the back which must be pulled out.
