Water leak from soap dispenser
Model Number: Duet - GHW9100LW2 Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years
With the top panel off I can see water leaking from the bottom of the soap dispenser where it meets the inlet area. The soap dispenser is white and the inlet is translucent. I can see a black seal or grommet that looks to be displaced but I don't think this area would be subject to any vibration. Should I remove the soap dispenser to get to this seal? The water leaks out of this area and down around the drum and onto the floor. Thank you for your time to respond.
