Bellow had a tear in it, ordered a new one and having trouble installing it. Took the machine apart, removed old bellow and both clamps, and am trying to fit the new bellow on. Have watched youtube videos and read instructions and looked at diagrams, so I'm pretty sure I'm placing it in there right but it seems too big around so I can't get it to attach to the lip of the drum fully. What am I missing? (I've compared the old and new bellow, they are identical in size).

Sometimes these go on easy, but mostly they go on only after a lot, and we do mean a lot, of work. About the only advice I can offer is to get a helper, I never try to do this alone.
