Model Number: 110 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
Kenmore Heavy Duty 70 series, model 110. The cold water trickles into the tub, I replaced the filter at the faucet. I think the filter behind the washer back is clogged. How do I take off the back of the washer to check the filter? I am not experienced at repairs.

Turn off the hot and cold water. Remove the hot and cold water inlet hoses from the back of the washer.
Look inside the water inlet valve were you just remove the hoses from and you will see the screens. No need to take the washer apart. The screens just push in there and can just be picked out and cleaned. Clean them and put them back in place.
