unit is not draining the water and is leaking from the front. Not the seal at the bottom of the unit

Corrina,
You'll need a putty knife to release the spring clips between the front panel and washer top, so you can raise the top, unclip and remove the tub cover and check for an article stuck between the tubs or loose hoses and connections. Then you will need to move the washer away from the wall, Raise and block up the front of the washer and access the drain pump and hoses

And check the hoses and drain pump inlets for a small article thats stuck or a bad pump.
