Yes , I have A Matag Washer Dryer Stacked Model# MET 3800 TW1 with a problem during the spin cycle. It sounds like the unit is engaging electronically but the drum doesn't spin. Could the belt have come off or snapped. If so is the belt underneath the Washer unit?
