During the last spin cycle, (which is suppose to be dry) water keeps comming into the bowl. The water keeps turning on and off every few seconds. This results in the clothes never spining out the water. The pump keeps pumping out the water but the clothers never get spin dry.
I have already replaced the water inlet valve # 868761. I was looking to see if there are any relays that might control this.

Thanks

On this model the timer lets some cold water come in during the beginning of the final spin cycle to get any remaining suds off the clothes. This sounds like a timer doing too much of this, so I would start by replacing the timer and see if that fixes things.
