Washer fill up with water and water shuts off after fill.
It does not continue through cycle after water shuts off.
After 5 mins. I will pull cycle knob out and push back in and washer will start to agatate.
It will fill up and start on rince cycle and continue through spin cycle
and shut off as nonmal.

I would begin by checking the lid switch. When it fails, the machine won't work after filling. You may also need to replace the timer. First, check to see if the problem persists in every cycle. If so, pretty good chance that it's the lid switch.
