kenmore washing machine
Model Number: 110-92581110 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
My Kenmore ultra fabric care Heavy duty 80 series, model # 110-92581110 was not spinning. i replaced the motor to trans coupling its working, but now have a burning smell. After stopping the machine i checked the coupling and it is not hot. any ideas??

You may have pieces of the coupler stuck in the motor, or other problems.
Pull the pump and motor and check. Also, check that you can turn the tranny coupler clockwise without too much force to spin the basket.
