An educate guess without the model number is that it is probably the rear drum bearings, which seem to fail regularly on Frigidaire front load washers. The bearings are not sold separately, you will have to replace the rear half of the tub.

This is a fairly expensive part, and a somewhat difficult repair, but if you want to attempt it post a model number and let's see what we can do for you.
