Agitator Removal
Model Number: WJSR4160DACC Brand: GE Age: 1 - 5 years
2 plastic blades off the bottom of the agitator broke off last night. I have gotton the dispenser off the top. I need to know how to remove the agitator. I looked at the parts and it looks like I need AP3965155. Would that be all that I need to repair the washer?

The agitator just pulls off. Sometimes it can be hard to pull off but when it comes off it will come off all at once so don’t let it hit you in the face. If you can’t get your fingers under the agitator to pull it up you can try slipping a belt under it and pulling by that. Hope this helps. Clothes Washer Repair Guide
