Model Number: 11027822790 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
Our Kenmore 11027822790 washer seems to have a off balance issue when it spins at times, not the usual clothes to one side thing, I thought these washers had a out of balance warning and or switch to shut it off, if the washer starts shaking too violently. and I have been seeing suggestions about checking springs, what springs would this be, and how many are there? Thanks

I would remove the washer cabinet and check the springs and the skate plate.
