Found bits of plastic in the laundry this week. Pulled back the seal around the tub and found that the stainless steel tub is rubbing on the plastic front outer tub which is melting and wearing through. Look at the support for the tub first or replace the plastic front outer tub and move on?

Hi,

I would check the inner basket support and the outer tub bearing.
