Model Number: 12852100 Brand: Kenmore Age: More than 10 years
The appliance is slapping around like it has come loose from something internally. Do you have an idea what it could be. I was unable to pull this model number up on site....probably due to the age which is over 15years old.

Put 110 in front of the number and you get a standard Whirlpool washer.
If the tub is leaning forward, the spring in the back has rusted off the frame. If ok, remove outer panel and check the suspension Skate plate under the tub, might be off on one side.
