If you washer is partly draining, you probably have an obstruction in the drain line or in the pump, or the pump is partly broken. You will need to take out the pump, clean it out and make sure the drain lines are clean.
That mold on the door seal is Maytag's bane, and in the past was a major reason for the company's decline, near death and sale to Whirlpool. I do not know how to get it off, (it may be from outer space and impervious to earthly products) but I suggest you search the web and see if you can find a solution which will be a solution.
Good luck, let us know what you find out.

Maytag redesigned the door boot for better drainage. As with any horizontal loader, it is recommended that you keep the door ajar when not in use. The light should time out after a few minutes. Try using Washer Magic, or a similar product. Mold is usually accumulated (in ALL makes of washers) from the use of liquid fabric softeners--especially in hot climates. The other companies tried to mask the problem with black boots, but the odor gives it away.
