I have a Frigidaire Laundry Center with the front load washer. It recently threw the belt. I put the belt back on and it worked fine for a few months. Two weeks ago it threw the belt, I put it back on, the next time it came off the belt was shredded. I replaced the belt. It will not stay on the drive pulley. Almost immediately upon starting the washer the belt comes off. I have put it back on numerous times and it continues to come off. The drive pulley seems to have a lot of play in it and it appears to have cut into the back of the washer tub. The model number I listed is the model number on the inside of the dryer door. It is the only model number I have found anywhere on this laundry center, and I have looked everywhere.

You probably have bad tub bearings. Turn the spin basket and see if you hear/feal bad bearings. Post results.

I spun the basket and I hear absolutely no noise with the exception of hearing the drive pulley rub against the back of the tub. The tub spins freely. Any suggestions are appreciated.

You still probably have bad bearings. You might want to repost as a bearing problem.
