Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL GHW9150PW0 | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a tech sheet
https://www.servicematters.com/docs/...%208182277.pdf

Here is a service manual for a 9100, I believe the 9150 is fairly close to this unit so hopefully it will help
https://secured.whirlpool.com/Servic...0Job%20Aid.pdf

I am assuming that when you checked you water supply you ran the hoses into a pail to be sure they were OK. The reason is that hoses can collapse internally usually though you see a bulge on them, also many new homes have a hose burst system which can cause problems.

Try hot only and cold only to see if one of theses will work.
The tech sheet should help you narrow it down.

Thank you so much, I will check the hoses better, and check out the teck sheet. THANK YOU AGAIN.

It's not that my washer isn't geting enough water, its getting to much water then it beeps and flashes FH then it stops and drains all the water out. Is there a part that lets the washer know when to shut the water off. I even push pause button and then push the start button again and it dose the same thing over again.

Sounds like either the water level switch or the flow meter
