Cool washer wont spin
Model Number: rax4232kq1   Brand: Roper   Age: 1 - 5 years   
the washer works fine until it gets to spin it drains but will not spin.

If the motor current draw when empty is over 9 amps, you have dragging brake shoes. If so,look for my article
