washer stops after wash cycle

Model Number: mav6300aww Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years

Washer stops after wash cycle,if I cycle the knob,push in and pull back out,it will continue until load is done. Any ideas?

do all the water temperatures work ? have you tried more than one wash cycle ?
