Second belt gone, need suggestions
Model Number: GLET1041AS1 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 5 - 10 years
About a week ago, I smelt burning rubber coming from the washer. I took off the front cover and saw the belt had slipped off. I figured it was the original belt and it just needed to be replaced. Ordered another and got it today. Put the new one on and less than one wash, it was broken.
So what should I look to replace? I have a feeling the the tensioner may be the culprit, but I cannot be certain. Thanks for any help! -KJ Related Models
