I have a kenmore elite HE5T front load washer and keep getting error code F21 witch I understand is a drain problem but I can get it two drian if I wait until I here the pump try to run and then blow into the drain line and then it will drain just fine any idea what part i need

Hi,

I would remove the access panel below the door. You will then be able to see the water pump. There is a big screw on cap that you can remove and check the filter in the pump to see if it needs to be cleaned.

Even with the water drained out of the washer there will still be some water sitting in the hoses and pump so have some towels ready to catch the water when you remove the cap on the end of the water pump.

All ready did that and it didn't help do I need a new pump or some other part thanks
