replace coupler and worked for a few cycles. Took apart and plugged washing maching back in and the motor didnt turn at all, but it made the noise. Do I need another motor or replace something on the motor???

Thanks

Check the motor connector, may not be plugged in right, or a pin came off.
If ok, remove the pump and motor and do the tranny coupler test in my "sticky" above, replacing direct drive washer brake shoes. Post results.
