Belt was really burnt and melted to the plastic pulley. I really dont know what to do. It won't pump out now. Wonder if it's worth fixing?

It might be just a bad belt. The part is very inexpensive and it's worth to give it a try. - The belt Part number: AP4024823
If the transmission pulley got damaged, then you have to order the thrust bearing kit too. - The thrust bearing kit Part number: AP4009132
