During Spin Cycle, Drum spins uneven and causes extreme washer vibration. As spin cycle stops, washer makes loud squealing noise.

This sounds like a brake problem exacerbated by the structure problem and replacement is the recommended course of action. You can get good, basic top loaders in our market for about $300.00 or so at your favorite big box retailer. That's what I would do.
