Here are your parts, includes the wiring diagram. Replacement parts for CROSLEY CW8000W | AppliancePartsPros.comcould this be a problem with the water level control? Yes if turning the unit off or unplugging it stops the water. If this does not stop it, you have a problem with a valve Could be the switch or a tubing problem. Check the tube for cracks/holes. Make sure the tubing is properly connected to the switch. Cut off half an inch and reconnect it. Undo the tubing at the switch and blow into it, perhaps some crud is blocking it at the bottom of the tub. Get a piece of tubing with the same ID, attach this to the switch, start a fill, blow into the tubing. You should not have to blow too hard to stop the water. If it does not stop the switch is toast. |

Denman.... many thanks for your response. I have located the problem and taken steps to have 'them' erradicated~ I took the front panel off of the washer to find that mice had eaten thru the tubing...cut a replacement piece, spliced it in, and we're back to daily washings. Have bought mouse poison bags and placed behind the washer, tooooo!
