Wash machine does not dispense liquid softner during wash cycle. Also, does not completely dispense granular detergent. I checked the screens in the water supply hoses and cleaned.

Hi Gregg

You may have several problems. Hopefully the only problem is that the lines carrying water from the inlet hosess to the dispenser assembly are blocked. You need to take out the assembly and clear the hoses of any debris, built up washing materials etc.

See if that works, if not you will need to replace some items in the dispenser assembly.
