washer wont spin

washer wont spin

Model Number: rax4232kq1 Brand: Roper Age: 1 - 5 years

im not sure if the q is right in the model it may be a 0.the washer works fine until the spin cycle then it either spins very slow or not at all.it drains the water but just wont spin fast enough.
